About Me

sunflower profile

I offer both online and in-person group practice, retreats, and individual sessions in service of relational liberation.

I’ve been trained in a few different traditions. One is mainstream psychology. I have a MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, Teachers College and a MS in Management (i.e., business psychology research) from UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.

The others traditions are less mainstream, but arguably more important. You might call them personal growth, developmental work, inner work, or spiritual work. I began practicing meditation in 2011, studying first with Keith Porteous for 3 years, and then with Soryu Forall over the course of 5 years. In 2016 I began practicing Circling, a present-moment based relational group practice, and I have facilitated countless Circling events, workshops, and week-long retreats. I have also been training in relational dynamics with Kraye Grymonnt since 2018, and I lead weekly and multi-day events to bring people out of their default relational patterns and into greater sovereignty.
